Electirc chain hoist troubleshooting
The electric chain hoist lifting goods fall down too fast.
1. Remove the motor cover, and clean the greasy dirt of surface
2. Remove the motor cover, adjust the gasket, make the motor rotor axial movement in the 0.6 ~ 1.5mm or so.
3. Replace the brake ring.
4. Replace the pressure spring.
The electric chain hoist motor does not turn.
1. The motor can not work, remove the rear end bearing rubber dust cover, knock to push the motor shaft, several times the motor will be work.
2. The motor power lack of phase, please check the power supply and electrical wiring.
3. The voltage is less than 90% of the rated voltage, adjust the voltage or waiting for voltage is normal or repalce motor as the loal power supply
4. The brake wheel and back cover friction plate rust, remove the cover and clean the brake surface.
The electric chain hoist motor temperature is too high.
1. Overload or motor works too frequent, please work according to rated load and operating level.
2. Lubricant failure or too dry, please change or refueling oil.
3. The brake is not adjusted and there is friction between the brake wheel and the brake, please re-adjust the brake
The electric chain hoist safety clutch slips at 1.25 times the rated load.
1. Because the safety clutch friction torque is too small, adjust the nut or screw on the right hand to increase the positive pressure on the friction plate.
2. If the safety clutch is damaged, plase replace the parts
The electric chain hoist safety clutch does not slip at ≥ 1.6 times the rated load.
1. The safety clutch friction torque is too large, adjust the nut or screw on the left hand to reduce the positive pressure on the friction plate.
2. The safety clutch is damaged, replace the parts.
