Electric Chain Hoist Double Brake System
Electric chain hoist usually apply double brake system, two complete and independent braking system not only reduces the electric chain hoist brake failure, but also enhance the braking safety, and conducive to heat dissipation. Electric chain hoist double brake system mainly includes following two types:
1. Electromagnetic brake
The electromagnetic brake react sensitive and fast, and provides a positive braking force. The electromagnetic brake use non-asbestos brake linings, greatly extends the maintenance cycle. The electromagnetic brake system was tested more than 22,500 times.
2. Mechanical brake
Mechanical brake is very reliable, mechanical brakes and electromagnetic brake coordinate each other, can stop the machine rotation at any time.
