Electric Chain Hoist installation steps
(1) In accordance with the Electric Chain Hoist design assembly diagram, install bearing rod, hanger, lifting frame, lifting rod, anti-fall insurance wire rope, Electric Chain Hoist and other components, fasten various components.
(2) According to the design location number, corresponding to hang Electric Chain Hoist, the Electric Chain Hoist upper hook should be hanged on the lift frame, chain should be perpendicular to the ground, no distortion and other phenomena. Should remove the dirt on the chain, coat with oil lubrication, install Electric Chain Hoist poncho.
(3) According to the design requirements to connect the electronic control system, Electric Chain Hoist, motor and electric control cabinet connection cable should be 4*1mm2, electric control cabinet input line is 5 × 16mm2.
(4) Power on to check whether the motor is the same direction, check the electrical control cabinet work is normal or not, the control is valid or not, and adjust the overall synchronization.
(5) Carry out the overall linkage lift test, to ensure the operation is normal.
