Electric Chain Hoist structure and type
Electric chain hoist compose of the motor, transmission and sprocket composition, the biggest difference with Wire Rope Electric Hoist is using chain instead of wire rope, make up the wire rope electric hoist shortcomings of larger size, more cumbersome. The electric hoist lifting weight is generally 0.5 ~ 30 ton, lifting height of 3 ~ 120 m.
At present, the Jinrui electric chain hoists mainly include DHY series fast electric chain hoist and less tooth reducer electric chain hoist.
DHY series fast electric chain hoists use disc brake motor as power, cycloid reducer deceleration torque. It is compact structure, small size, light weight, high efficiency, easy to use, reliable braking, easy maintenance, but easy to wear, manufacturing and assembly more complex.
Less tooth reducer electric chain hoists use a wheel type gear planetary reduction mechanism and disc spring adjustment conical friction transmission.
