Electric chain hoists structure features
* The electric chain hoist body is made of high-strength tensile shell or die-cast aluminum shell, and is manufactured by thin-wall extrusion molding process, which is small in size, light in weight and high in strength.
* The electric chain hoist has a separate gearbox system, a two-stage coaxial transmission gear mechanism in the sealed gearbox, and a long-life oil bath lubrication system.
* The electric chain hoist adopts powder metallurgy clutch, and the brake is disk type DC electromagnetic, large braking torque, stable, rapid, and low noise. And, two complete and independent brake systems do not only reduce the possibility of brake failure, but also enhance the safety of the brakes and facilitate heat dissipation.
* The electric chain hoist uses a high-performance lifting motor with a 30-minute class and Class B insulation.
* The electric chain hoist use nickel hardened chain, is specially treated by MODE and does not affect the initial chain performance. Nickel hardened chains have excellent performance against rust caused by rain, sea water, streams and chemicals.
* The electric chain hoist adds overload protection, when the load is greater than the retaed value, the overload protection is automatically activated and stop working automatically.
