When the mid-level electric hoist lifting capacity reduce 30%, that is heavy duty JC40% electric hoist.
Heavy duty JC40% electric hoist is used in the situation which is more heavy work, often reach the loading rated capacity or requires a higher safety factor.
* Reducer: The electric wire rope hoist use the three fixed-axis helical gear rotation mechanism, gear and gear shaft are made of heat-treated alloy steel, box, lid are made of high quality cast iron, tight assembly, good seal. The reducer is into a component, disassembly and assembly are both extremely convenient.
* Control box: The control box can cut off the main circuit in case of emergency and equipped with up and down protect limiter, ensure the safe operation of electric wire rope hoist safe operation. The electric parts is with eliable and long service life.
* Wire rope: GB1102-74 (6 * 37 + 1) X-type lifting wire rope to ensure durability.
* Cone motor: Lifting motor adopts a larger starting torque tapered rotor asynchronous motor, without external brake. Motor load sustained rate is 25%, insulation class is B or F, protection class is IP44 / IP54.
* Button switch: hand operation, light and flexible, rope control and wireless remote control.
