Factory inspection of wire rope electric hoist
The wire rope electric hoist needs to be inspected between the factory, the inspection contents include:
1. Check whether the power supply, model and specification of the wire rope electric hoist comply with the technical contract or not;
2. Check whether the grounding mark is clear, whether the grounding screw is tightened, check the grounding resistance, ensure the resistance value is in the range of 0~0.1Ω;
3. Use othe ohmmeter to detect the insulation;
4. Check the winding method of the wire rope meet the provisions of the product description or not, check whether the end of the wire rope is fixed;
5. Check if the oil level of the reducer is suitable, whether the sealing is good, and there is oil leakage or not;
6. Check the paint situation, the color should be uniform, there is no leakage phenomenon;
7. Check the wiring according to the wire rope electric hoist drawings to ensure that the electrical system is installed correctly;
8. If the wire rope electric hoist is equipped with motor temperature monitoring system, should check whether the thermal control components are reliable or not.
