Floor mounted jib crane hydraulics device
Floor mounted jib cranes are hydraulically powered and equipped with hydraulics device. Therefore, if do not strictly abide by the rules of operation and maintenance, not only can not fully play floor mounted jib cranes due performance, but also shorten the service life of the parts.
Therefore, when carrying out work, must strictly observe the following rules:
1. Before the operation, should check if the hydraulic fluid has been added as required. When refueling, must inject through the filler screen, and greatly care must not mix in impure properties such as different brands oil or water.
2. The oil filter element should be inspected after 250 hours operation. If necessary, it should be cleaned or replaced.
3. The hydraulic oil tank should remove moisture and impurities once every two weeks from the bottom drain port, and replace all hydraulic oil every other year (or work full 2000 hours).
When floor mounted jib cranes are operated under particularly harsh conditions, the oil replacement cycle should be shortened accordingly.
4. The valves of the hydraulic system have been fully tested before leaving the factory, and must not touch because the pressure and flow have been adjusted.
5. All kinds of mechanical parts, especially the hydraulic system, should avoid dirt. After the floor mounted jib cranes working, must remove dust and oil.
