Hydraulic Lift Table Maintenance
1. Check the wear pattern of roller, middle shaft and bearings, cylinder pin and bearing, boom hinge shaft and bearing.
2. Hydraulic lift table each parts should be added some lubricants to extend the bearing life.
3. Hydraulic oil quality and oil level.
Hydraulic lift table fully rise, the hydraulic ground should be higher than the bottom 40 to 50 mm. If find hydraulic oil darkening, sticky or gravel or other foreign matter, should be replaced (32 # hydraulic oil).
4. Check all hydraulic pipes and fittings.
The pipe can not be damaged, the connector can not be loosened, and all joints must be tightened.
5. Remove the descending valve, clean the plunger with compressed air, then re-install it.
6. Discharge the hydraulic oil off, remove the oil filter, clean it, and dry it with compressed air, then return it to the tank and connect the tubing. (Must remember to replace the new oil, otherwise the moving parts in the system will accelerate wear.)
