Jib cantilever crane inspection
During the Jib cantilever crane construction, the jib cantilever crane equipment must be regularly inspected, so as to ensure the construction safety.
(1) Daily inspection. The jib cantilever crane operator is responsible for the routine operation of the maintenance project, the main contents include cleaning, transmission parts lubrication, adjustment and fastening work, testing security device sensitive reliability, monitor abnormal sound during operation.
(2) Weekly inspection. It is carried out by technicians and operator, except for daily inspection, the main contents are the jib cantilever crane appearance inspection, the safety status of hooks, pick-up devices, chain or wire ropes and son on, the sensitivity and reliability of brakes, clutches and emergency alarm devices, observe the transmission parts abnormal noise and overheating.
(3) Monthly inspection. The safety management department and operate relevant personnel carry out the inspection. Except for weekly inspection, should inspect jib cantilever crane power system, hoisting mechanism, slewing mechanism, running mechanism and hydraulic system, replace the worn, deformed, cracks, corrosion parts, check whether the electrical control system, controller, overload protection, safety protection device is reliable. Through the test run to check the jib cantilever crane leakage, pressure, temperature, vibration, noise and other fault symptoms, determine the fault source of abnormal phenomena.
(4) Annual inspection. The main contents are lifting machinery technical parameters testing, reliability testing, through the detection equipment, check moving parts the wear and tear, metal structure weld, test flaw detection, safety devices and components, assess the jib cantilever crane operation technical conditions, arrange overhaul, renovation, renewal plan.
