Jib cantilever cranes hydraulics system
Jib cantilever cranes are hydraulically powered, if fail to comply with the operation and maintenance rules, it will not give full play to the performance, and will shorten the mechanical parts life.
When carrying out work, must strictly observe the following matters:
1. Before working, should confirm the jib cantilever crane hydraulic oil be plused as required, timely add. When refueling, be sure very careful and must not mix water or different grades of oil and other impure characteristics.
2. After the filter works more than 250h, should be checked, if necessary, clean or replace.
3. The hydraulic tank should be removed water and impurities once every two months, and every year (or working is more than 2000 hours) should replace all the hydraulic oil.
When the jib cantilever crane is used under extremely harsh conditions, the oil replacement period should be shortened accordingly.
4. Jib cantilever crane hydraulic system has been fully tested in the factory, and has adjusted the pressure and flow, must not touch.
5. A variety of mechanical parts, especially the hydraulic system should avoid the dirt attached. After lifting working, be sure to remove dust and oil.
