Wire rope electric hoist safety requirements
Wire rope electric hoist is structure compact, easy to operate, can be mounted on overhead bridge cranes, gantry cranes, jib crane and other crane lifting equipment in factories, manufacturing plants, materials warehouse and other fields. Wire rope electric hoist operator must go through the relevant training, and access to operational qualifications, in the operation should pay attention to the following aspects:
1. Check the wire rope electric hoist electric parts, wire rope, hook, limiter, etc, ensure it is safe and reliable;
2. Prohibit lifting heavy objects which is over the rated load, do not touch the wire rope when lifting;
3. To ensure the heavy objects is bundled strong enough, if there is sharp corners on the object, should be packed the corner with cloth then tied up;
4. Wire rope electric hoist should be slow down in orbit, or almost at the end of the track;
5. When use the towing line electric switch, the insulation should be guaranteed.
6. When operating, pay attention to the standing position to avoid being hurt.
