Difference of HC electric hoist and CD electric hoist
Electric hoist can be divided into wire rope electric hoist, electric chain hoist. Wire rope electric hoist can be divided into CD1 electric hoist, HC electric hoist, HM electric hoist, BCD electric hoist, MD electric hoist and BMD electric hoist and other models.
HC wire rope electric hoist has much larger lifting weight than ordinary CD electric hoist, usually is 16t or more, adopts double speed design, the slow speed is generally one-tenth of the fast, the shape of the reel is a square cylinder.
CD type electric hoist lifting capacity usually is below 16t, only the single speed, the reel cover is cylindrical.
In general, HC type electric hoist can lift much heavier materials than the average CD electric hoist, high-level work, and have one more speed design. HC type electric hoist force strength is large than the CD electric hoist, but if the same specifications, HC type electric hoist will be larger on dimensions. In addition, HC electric hoist maintenance is also more difficult.
