1. Button contact have got damp, cause the contactor pull-in, main circuit power on and running by itself, the hoist hook collide with body, lead to deformation or even burn the motor.
1. Limit switch fail or lack of phase, resulting in electric hoist can not run properly.
Reason Analysis
1. The electric hoist hook collision is a serious overload phenomenon, the current increase times in a very short period.
2. Limit switch lack of phase in the starting, motor can not start, lack of phase during running, continues to run, but will cause too large current.
3. For the above phenomenon, thermorelay can not achieve overload protection. The electric hoist is intermittent operation, the thermorelay can not work a short time, lead to above failure.
Solution
Apply current relay instead of thermal relays. Current relay is advanced technology, large capacity, reliable and easy to adjust, can timely cut off over-current.
