Electric transfer cart overview

Electric transfer cart, also known as electric vehicles, electric flat cart, electric trolley, electric railway cart, transfer wagon, is a kind of factory electric railway transport equipment.

First of all, it is a rail-type transport vehicles, need to lay on the ground track, the track is generally I-shaped rail track.

Second, it is an electrically driven vehicle, automatically run according to motor and reducer driving.

Third, it is a flat crat, the table is smooth and no cover, under special circumstances, can be not flat. The cart has no steering wheel, only run forward and backward.

Electric vehicles has feature such as, is simple structure, large load, easy operation, not afraid of dirty and hit, easy maintenance, long life, etc, because of its convenient, sturdy, economical, practical, easy to clean, it becomes preferred transport equipment for plant.

Electric vehicles are mainly used in brick plant, fire-resistant plant, pottery factory, firing factory, tunnels, flour mill, concentrating mill, foundries, chemical plants, plant burden, farms and the like.

Electric transfer cart can be divided into three kinds according working method.

1. Towed Railway Electric cart, powered by dragging cable.

2. Battery powered railway electric cart, powered by storage battery

3. Low voltage railway electric cart, powered by rail.
