Hand Manual Chain Hoist use precautions
1. Hand Manual Chain Hoist must be carefully examined various parts before operation, including chain, hook, block, etc, make sure in good condition before using.
2. Hand Manual Chain Hoist shall not be overloaded.
3. Hand Manual Chain Hoist lifting chain requires vertical hanging, there should not be twisted between the chain links.
4. When pulling the Hand Manual Chain Hoist's chain, you must make the chain direction and chain sprocket in the same plane.
5. Must not inclined pull to prevent the chain from geting stuck.
6. Pulling the Hand Manual Chain Hoist should be smooth, so as not to jump chain or lock chain; when difficult to pull, must promptly check the reasons, must not allowed to increase pulling force, to aviod breaking chain and pin.
7. When Hand Manual Chain Hoist was used with a tripod, the triangles must be kept in relative spacing, and the rope should be connected between the feet, pay attention to prevent the operator from mixing.
8. Lifting height should not exceed the standard value.
