Jib crane inspection requirments

The jib crane must be inspected before leave factory, it is important for jib crane operation. These inspection can avoid jib crane coming out fault, make sure the jib crane can operate normally at work site. The following is jib crane inspection requirement:
 

1. Column tilt shall not exceed L / 2000.

2. Jib cranes should be tightly installed end stoppers and limit buffer.

3. The rotating arm should not self-rotate when rate lifting.

4. The cable wire for lifting mechanism motor should be not less than 1.5mm2, and not less than 1.0mm2 for control loop and auxiliary circuits.

5. All electrical equipment shell must be valid ground connect, groud connect should use copper wire.

6. Main circuit insulation resistance should be ≥1.0MΩ in the general environment.

7. Electric drive noise is ≤80dB.

8. Make sure rotating mechanism is flexible.

9. Electric hoist traveling track should install solidly and reliably.

10. The main structure should beno cracks, deformation, bolts has no loosening, no defects

11. Should set up emergency off switch

12. Hooks shall be no crack, no welding, must not use casting.

13. No-load operation, all device run normally, limit switches is flexible.

14. Can load 1.25 times rated load, every parts have no cracks, no permanent deformation, no loose connections

15. Can operate 1.1 times rated load and work properly, all parts have no cracks, no permanent deformation, no loose connections.
