Lever block hoist operation maintenance methods
Lever block hoist is a manual lifting tools, simple to use, easy to carry. It can lift, pull, drop down, calibrate and other operations. Lever block hoist lifting capacity is generally not more than 50 T, widely used in shipbuilding, electricity, transportation, construction, mining, telecommunications and other departments equipment installation, items lifting, mechanical traction, etc.
1. Lever block hoist should be clean up after using, then coat with anti-rust oil, store in a dry place.
2. Maintenance should be operated by person who is familiar with lever hoist, must prevent casual people to do the operation, maintenance and disassembly.
3. The lever block hoist gear shouild be mounted according to drawings.
4. When install Slot nut, should first turn the hand wheel clockwise, so that the ratchet, friction plate will be pressed on the brake gas seat, then fitted with slot nut.
5. After cleaning and inspection, the Lever block hoist should be done no-load and overload test to confirm working normal, automatic and reliable, then can continue to use.
6. The Lever block hoist brake surface must be kept clean, no oil sludge pollution.
