Scissor Lift Table Work Principle
For the lifting platform, it often use multi level X shaped scissor mechanism. X shaped scissor lift table mechanism is a kind of single freedom mechanism, is widely used in industry and daily life, such as toy, lamp installation and maintenance, climbing platform, weight lifting platform, etc. It is generally symmetrical structure with enlarged parallel displacement.
The hydraulic scissor lift table is composed of platform, support bar, long cross bar, short cross bar, hydraulic cylinder, piston and frame. The long cross bar and short cross bar are connected with the supporting bars, support bars length are equal. Such a plurality of parallelogram telescopic frame, can obtain a larger telescopic stroke, when the hydraulic cylinder makes the piston telescopic, drive support rod move and the long cross bar slide in the guide groove, make the scissor lift table lift and drop in vertical direction.
