4. If the product have some problem, what should i do?

5. How long will be delivery? ( After receiving the deposit)
According to your quantity and product requirements ,we will offer the delivery time in our quotation .
6.how the package for the products?
Wooden case for electric parts, motor, accessories, color cloth for main structure.
7. What’s the price of your product?
According product configuration and your requirements, the price is different.
If we cannot confirm the final product model, we can quotation the general price for your reference.
We will provide the drawing of the products, After confirming, we will quote you a accurate price.
8. What’s the payment terms?
Generally, 30%TT deposit, 70% TT will be paid before lading.
30% TT deposit, 70% TT will be paid by L/C.
100% irrepealable L/C.
As to other payment terms, you can discuss with us. After confirming with the finance department, we will reply you.
9. What’s the information should I provide when inquiry?
